Welcome to my new look site! Off The Blocks is coming up to 1 year old so I decided to give it a bit of a facelift.

My aims for this site remain the same, with the two key aspects being -

• To create a community of like minded individuals who are passionate about their sports

• To provide a competitively priced source for good quality sports equipment, clothing and accessories

I'm a keen club swimmer, and last year also started open water swimming and triathlon. I have spent a lot of time searching for information about events, training techniques and facilities, equipment reviews and sources.

I wanted to create a website that would enable people like me to share their thoughts, ideas and experiences, and in doing so help others who have the same enthusiasm for their sports.
